HomeCost Privacy Policy
This page explains what HomeCost stores, why it is used, and how homeowners and partners can stop outreach or ask for help.
What HomeCost stores
HomeCost stores partner account details, homeowner contact details, property context, delivery history, engagement events, and operational diagnostics needed to run the product.
How HomeCost uses that data
HomeCost uses this information to power homeowner insights, partner workflows, branded email and text outreach, delivery diagnostics, and account security.
Messaging preferences
HomeCost honors unsubscribe requests, complaint feedback, and bounce suppression for homeowner email sends. Partners are responsible for sending only to clients who have given appropriate permission to be contacted, and HomeCost now exposes per-client email and text permission controls inside the partner workspace.
Retention and deletion
Delivery logs and account records may be retained for operational, support, fraud-prevention, and compliance reasons. Partners can delete their account from the portal, and homeowner messaging can be stopped through the unsubscribe flow or by contacting support.
Contact
