HomeCost Terms of Service

HomeCost provides homeowner data workflows, partner workspaces, property context, campaign tooling, and delivery infrastructure for partner-managed email and text communication.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their contact lists, the claims made in their messages, and whether they have the right to contact each homeowner. HomeCost should be used only for consented, compliant messaging, including honoring homeowner opt-outs for both email and text.

HomeCost estimates, insights, and messaging recommendations are operational tools. They are not appraisals, legal advice, underwriting approvals, loan offers, or guaranteed outcomes.

HomeCost may update product behavior, messaging controls, and delivery safeguards over time. Features may depend on third-party providers such as Resend, Supabase, and the paired Mac worker used for Messages delivery.
