HomeCost Support

Use this page when you need help with account access, message delivery, unsubscribe requests, or a homeowner saying they should not have been contacted.

How to get help

Email hello@homecost.com with the partner workspace, the affected homeowner email or phone number, and a short description of what happened.

If you want to stop homeowner emails

Use the unsubscribe link included in HomeCost emails. If you cannot use that link, contact support and include the recipient email address so HomeCost can suppress future email sends.

If you want to stop homeowner texts

Reply STOP to the text if possible. HomeCost automatically blocks future texts for that client when the paired Mac worker sees the opt-out reply. If you still need help, contact support with the phone number that received it.

If you received a message in error

Contact support with the message details and the address or phone number that was contacted. HomeCost can review the delivery history and help stop future outreach where appropriate.

Operational issues

Partners who see failed sends, stuck queue activity, or offline Messages workers should review the Delivery health section in Settings first, then contact support if the issue persists.
